Abstract

The research aimed to describe job training, work ability, and performance and to know the effect of job training on employee performance with work ability as moderating variable. The type of research is survey research. The population is employees of UKM Chips Tempe Sanan which amounted to 75 employees. sampling technique used is Total Sampling, that is the whole population used as a research subject. Analytical techniques used are a range of scale, simple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The result of the scale of job training is very good (average score 367.66). workability is a very good category (average score 356,5). performance is very good (average score 357). Job training has a significant effect on employee performance. Working ability moderating the influence of job training on employee performance In UKM Chips Tempe Sanan Malang.
