Abstract
Application of autonomy have a[n new ardour to each area to increase economics of pertinent area, so that expected can depress interregional difference. But applying of autonomy of area also can create new distortions to development of autonomy in area. Because abundant fondly that's later;then kadangkala emerge various productive assumed by law or form contra to continuity of the effort in area. Target of this research is to know how quality of development of economics evaluated from Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR), Incremental Labour Output Ratio (ILOR), Index Development Of Human Being (IPM), Make an index to Gini in Unlucky Sub-Province. This Research type pertained at research of quantitative diskriptif. Data collecting taken documentation method. The analyzer cover Index Development Of Human Being (IPM), Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR), Incremental Labour Output Ratio (ILOR), Index Purchasing Power (IDB) and Index of Gini. From result of solution of this research hence got result of terendah there are at Indek Purchasing Power (IDB) equal to - 59,49 %, because of lowering of ability of society purchasing power to service and goods. While highest result at this research of contribution of Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) equal to 2,46% caused by value change of capital more than previous year. Conclusion of this research that Unlucky IPM Sub-Province still categorized middle under its meaning of government of Unlucky sub-province still not yet shown optimal performance in the case of development of human being which with quality and is highly competitive. If seen from Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR) in the year 2000 less is efficient caused by change of higher capital from at change of PRDB, in the year 2005 efficient assumed Unlucky ICOR Sub-Province because of value change of lower capital from in the year previously. Besides if seen from Incremental Labour Output Ratio (ILOR) show highest number that happened in the year 2004 equal to this 2,39 matter will follow by absorbtion of labour equal to 2,39%. If seen from Indek Purchasing Power Unlucky IDB Society Sub-Province experience of degradation in year 2000 equal to - 59,49%. its meaning of Its meaning of ability of Unlucky Sub-Province society purchasing power to consume service and goods decrease - 59,49 %. In marking with many society demand him to degradation of goods price and service. In the year 2005 equal to 37,05 %, caused the make-up of index of PDRB quicker perkapita of lowering of indices of Price Consumer ( IHK). And if looking of Indek Gini mount difference in Unlucky Sub-Province enough lower that is gyration 0,14 in year 2000 and 0,25 in year 2005. Make-Up of because of accepted by earnings distribution is resident at group 40% low earnings and also 40% middle earnings group experience of group and degradation 20% high earnings experience of the make-up of earnings.
