Abstract

Renewable energy in the world currently developed on a system generating scattered on the distribution network or better known as Distributed Generations (DG). One of the strategies being undertaken to correct the voltage that is to build a solar power plant (PLTS) scattered small scale and connect electrical kejaringan PLN (on the Grid) [4]. Application of Photovoltaic (PV) systems use DG becomes a new hope to maximize the supply of electricity in Indonesia in order to reduce gas emissions, reduce the use of diesel, and increased power. The classification of the power capacity of the Photovoltaic Distributed Generations (PVDG) to determine the point of the dial on the network that is the capacity of the small scale (5-10 kW) on channel one phase of the secondary distribution, power scale (100-500 kW) and large scale (500 kW to 10 mW ) on channel three phase primary distribution [1]. PLTS kalipucang unused 15 kW is located in the hamlet of Mucangan Village of the subdistrict, Said Regency Kalipucang Pasuruan. On this analysis using power flow studies using Newthon rapshon. Optimalization of PLTS Kalipucang 15 kW a terinterkoneksi on the side of the secondary distribution phase one channel with penyulang Ngembal Regency Pasuruan in order to increase the stability of the power system and the addition of capacitor bank on the 20 kV. This test analyzes about the stability of the voltage and frequency on the side of 0.38 kV and 20 kV with ganguan short circuit 3 phase Motors on 97 bus on the side of 0.38 kV. The impact of PLTS Kalipucang installation and addition of capacitor bank at 20 kV side i.e. on bus 34, 35 and 36 bus bus ride 5.95% and on the side of 0.38 kV bus in 97, 98 and 99 bus buses go up 10.5%.
