Abstract

In a guest lecture of American Corner (Amcor) University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) on Wednesday (10/28), David Anderson talked a lot about court modernization. For him, court modernization is a necessity. He explained that in any country estuary for justice is the justice itself, legal transparency and openness. Justice is expected to be like a bank. People can access balance information, fund transfer flow, the orderly queue and all are served well because of an adequate and modern information system.
