Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of how the Policy Implementation of the role of Government (Department of Culture and tourism), how big the contribution of Tourism Department in Ranu Klakah tourism potential in Tegal Randu Village Klakah District Lumajang Regency based on Regent Regulation No. 79 of 2014 on Tourism Village, factors influencing the management of tourism sector potential. The researcher approach is qualitative approach, the research type is descriptive qualitative, with data collection technique is done using field research, library research, data collection and documentation. The data obtained are then analyzed qualitatively by explaining or describing the data in detail. The result of the research shows that the policy of Local Government based on Regent Regulation Number 79 Year 2014 about Tourism Village through Tourism and Culture Office has policy in management of Ranu Klakah tourism potential that is policy in management at planning stage, socialization stage, implementation phase and monitoring phase. Local Government issued policies related to village government to increase tourism object such as arrangement of accommodation facilities to arrange tariff counters, hotels, halls and swan boats and tourism office also collaborate with tourism aware group in the management and empowerment of facilities and facilities and infrastructure, promotion in various media print or electronic. one form of the Department of Tourism and Culture has succeeded in making policy.
