Abstract

The aim of this study to find out the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment towards intention to stay at PT. Lukindari Permata. The population of this study amount 53 employees, 5 contract employees, and 48 permanent employees. Data analysis techniques use Scale Range, and Multiple Linear Regression. Range of research scales to the amount of 42. Research hypothesis testing using F test and t test. The results of this study showed that job satisfaction had a significant effect on the employees’ intention to stay. Organizational commitment significantly influenced towards intention to stay. According to the result of this study, the company is advised to deliver a stimulus in order to create harmony between employees by doing outbound or gathering activity. Therefore, solidarity between employees and harmonious relationship will be involved by getting to know between employees.
