Abstract

PT Lavilla Creative which will carry on business expansion certainly will expend funds over amount towards the purchase of assets. Investment appraisal is extremely necessary from a financial aspect opinion, to avoid a big loss which may occur in the future. The calculation of investment appraisal used a capital budgeting technique. The first result based on Payback Period method, 5 years 6 months 22 days it implies a larger than the required age and feasible to be implemented. Second, based on NVP method, Rp468.228.140 it feasible because of the preponderant than zero. At last, the result of the calculation based on IRR method with a percentage 17,09 % it feasible because of the expected return of the company. As pointed out above these three cash flow of appraisal, the fixed assets investment is feasible to be implemented.
