Abstract

This research is aimed to find out the significant influence of price, place, amenities, and promotion to home prosperous buying decision on the consumer of Griya Kedawung Housing Estate at PT. Turen Indah Property. The sampling technique has been done by using sampling census and the samples are 50 consumers who buy a house at PT. Turen Indah Property by using questionnaires for data retrieval. The analytical tool using multiple linear regression to test the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The result showed the price, place, amenities, and promotion that has the significant positive influence on the purchasing decision because it has a significant value smaller than 0,05 (< 0,05).
