Abstract

This research aimed to describe the worker's environment, work discipline, and work performance in PT. Selecta Kota Batu and analyze the effect of the work environment and work discipline on worker performance. The population of the study was 126 employees and the sample used was 63 people from the total population of employees. The analytical tool uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis tools. Regression to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The result of the scale range shows that employee performance, the work environment in good categorization, and work discipline in the high category, while work discipline is categorized high. Regression results show that the work environment has an effect on employee performance, work discipline has an effect on employee performance, and work environment and work discipline have an effect simultaneously on employee performance. The management is expected to pay attention to the employee when performing duties and responsibilities, evaluate and supervise employee discipline levels. For further research is expected to conduct research using other variables related to employee performance in addition to the work environment and work discipline.
