Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: describe the work discipline and work environment employees, describe employee performance, to analyze the influence of work discipline, work environment to employee performance and to analyze the work discipline and work environment which most influential on employee performance. The population used in this study were non-medical employees who numbered 45 employees at Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Sumberrejo Bojonegoro. The data analysis technique used in this research is yaiu using scale scale analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done then can be drawn conclusions as follows: 1) Discipline work Rumah Sakit Islam Muhammadiyah Sumberrejo Bojonegoro into the high category and work environment entry in the criteria is good enough 2) Performance employees at RumahSakit Islam Muhammadiyah Sumberrejo Bojonegoro included in high category 3) Work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance and 4) Work discipline dominantly affect the performance of employees of Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Sumberrejo Bojonegoro Suggestions that can be proposed in the research is expected to try to improve the lighting, increase the indoor temperature, increase the amount of air vents that support air circulation, control the atmosphere of noise that can be used for employee activity, maintaining cohesiveness and maintain kinship within the company.
