Abstract

This research is motivated to know what is the implementation of the policy of allocation of village fund, especially in the village of kunir kidul district of Kunir district lumajang, in the implementation of the ADD policy whether the government has implemented the management of village funds in accordance with existing regulations and regulations. Based on the formulation of problems and objectives, this study focuses on how the implementation of village fund allocation policy in the village of kunir kidul, then this type of research using descriptive by using qualitative approach. The research location is Kunir Kidul District Office Kunir District Lumajang. The data source used is the information from the Village Head of Kunir Kidul, the head of the village government, the head of the village finance section, and several staff of the village office employees who participated in the implementation of the village fund allocation. Data analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis techniques. The result of this research is the implementation of fund allocation policy of brown kidir village which has been run in accordance with the rules and laws. Where in every implementation of the village and district governments daling coordinate to determine the policies in accordance with the needs of villagers, especially villagers kidir kidul. Coordination carried out between the government, among others, at each stage ranging from deliberation, planning, implementation and reporting as well as the responsibility of the district government is present in the village to oversee and evaluate the activities carried out by the kunir kidul village. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of village fund allocation policy in the village of kunir kidul can be said to run well, where in every process the district government is present to provide supervision and awareness to the village government in order to avoid the delay of report to build the village in the next year which resulted in the delay of fund disbursement villages that can hamper the development of villages, it is hoped that in the future both local government and village government can maintain this well-established cooperation by adding insight and quality of human resources in every government by conducting training for all village apparatus and employees in Lumajang regency government.
