This research base on company target phenomenon to survive its effort. Internally, a company had to have positive value before valued by external company. Employee is important part of a company, they make company work or not working. Seeing from how important role of employee, that’s make positive value of company given by employee are influencing to company role, opposite with that, a company should be avoid a negative value from employee, that can build bad image to company effectivity. That’s why, the writer are very interested to search a correlation between company image, especially PT. PLN (Persero) branch Malang and employee effectivity. The research’ aim is to know and to analyze the correlation between company image and employee effectivity. The writer applied open system of communication theory linked with public relation that oriented to take and give relation that always change time and time. And also, the writer use two way symmetrical communication model that can build a trustworthy, supported and give happiness to all. The research method is survey, mean, that taken sample from population of PLN branch Malang’s employee, and questionnaire as a main data collecting. The research approachement is explanatory research that the research will explain causal relationship among the variable with hypothesis test. The research result show that, PLN Branch Malang employee have good value to the company. In PLN branch Malang conduct a supported regulation for employee, such as involve all employee actively, support to rise employee’ skills, and good working area. That’s make, employee effectivity rising. Proven with, employee loyalty, employee achievement, honest employee, cooperation skills, good attitude, creative and have responsibilities to their job. There is positive correlation between company and employee shown in coefficient correlation (r) 0.696 with 0.000 < 0.05 as significance. Mean, good company image followed by good employee effectivity and opposites will following. The writer suggest that PT. PLN branch Malang keep the good employee image to company base on trust each other. Always cooperate with employee, communicate with them to avoid miscommunication or conflict between employee and company.
