Abstract

The purpose of the study describes the compensation, work environment, and employee intention turnover at the ceramics factory in Mojokerto, to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee turnover intention. The sample is 68 employees of the production department. Sampling using Quota Sampling technique. Analyzer used using scale range and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that turnover intention in the category is very high, sufficient category compensation and work environment category enough. Compensation affects turnover because the compensation given is not good enough to cause employee intentions to exit, and the work environment also has a significant effect because most employees feel the work environment is not good enough, they feel less secure and comfortable in working so decided to do turnover intention. The result of compensation analysis and work environment gained and perceived by employees is not good, both of which affect employees to do turnover intention.
