Ciprofloxacin is a Fluoroquinolone class antibiotic that is effective for urinary tract infections because it has a broad spectrum of both gram-negative and positive bacteria. Objectives : To know the pattern of ciprofloxacin antibiotic use in urinary tract infection patients in Regional General Hospital Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikusumo Bojonegoro related dose, type and duration of administration conducted with data in laboratory clinics. Methods : The study was observational in the form of a retrospective descriptive study in patients with urinary tract infection period 1 October 2015 - 30 November 2017 Result and Conclusion : The pattern of single Ciprofloxacin use in cases of urinary tract infection was 14 patients (65%). The single most common pattern of Ciprofloxacin therapy is Ciprofloxacin 2x500 mg (Oral) therapy of 12 patients (60%). While the most widely used pattern of combination therapy was Ciprofloxacin 2x500 mg (oral) + cefuroxim 3x1g (IV) for 3 patients (15%).
