Abstract
The purpose of the study describes spirituality, organizational culture, and employee performance Resto Ayam Goreng Nelongso, analyze the influence of spirituality on employee performance, know which variables are more strongly affect the employee performance. Sampling using total sampling technique. The analytical tool to determine the level of spirituality, organizational culture, and performance of the chef's employees is a scale range analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis to know the influence between spirituality variable and organizational culture with employee performance variable. The results showed that spirituality was in the low category, low category organizational culture and sufficient category employee performance. Results of simple linear regression analysis significant influence of spirituality and organizational culture on employee performance. Testing the second hypothesis of comparing the results of regression coefficients that spirituality variables stronger influence on employee performance. While the advice for the company, the company to more thoroughly and evaluate employee mentality to improve employee performance. And the company seeks culture within the organization by providing training and understanding to every employe.
