Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the retail marketing mix partially and simultaneously on the satisfaction of Indo Mobile Cell (Indocell) Malang customers. The analytical method used in this study is to use logistic regression method with a sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Measurements to determine that the effect of retail marketing mix affect Indocell customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously is if the significance value> alpha it can be concluded that the proposed hypothesis is rejected, and if the significance value shows <alpha then the proposed hypothesis is accepted, while for simultaneous. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was concluded that the promotion variable had a significant influence on the satisfaction of Indo Mobile Cell (Indocell) Malang customers with a significance value of 0.019. While the product, price, place, promotion, atmosphere and personnel variables have a significant different level, while the product, price, place, promotion, atmosphere and personnel variables significantly influence the satisfaction of Indo Mobile Cell customers, with a value significance level of 0,000.
