Abstract

he aims of this research are to analyze the preference from impact of product, price, place. Promotion to consumer decision to purchase “Marning” ; and to analyze additional income from “Marning” in CV. Cahaya. The amount of the respondent in this research is 40 peoples. The sampling methode of this research is Purposive sampling methode. The type of the data used in this research ae qualitative and quantitative. The data is based on primer and secunder data obtained by quitioner distribution, interview and observation. The data analysis methode is Multiple Linier Regresion Analysis used SPSS 21.0 The result from Multiple Linier Regression test showed that variables (product, price, place, promotion) have positive impact to the sales volume. Parsial and simultaneous test showed that variables (product, price, place, promotion) significantly impact to the sales with Ajusted R Square score is 0,921. That’s mean that 92,1% dependen variable (consumer decision) can be explained by independent variable and the lest percentage explained by other variable. The diversification product of corn to be “Marning” give an additional income about IDR 12.536 per kilogram. CV. Cahaya have 3.600kg in the production and sell as IDR 27.000 per kg so the new income will be IDR 97.200.000 per month. R/C ration score is 1,932 and bigger than 1, the conclution is CV. Cahaya is a profitable business.
