Abstract

The research objectives are 1. to describe conflict, compensation and employee loyalty of PR. Jaya Makmur Kepanjen, 2. to know the effect of conflict and compensation on employee loyalty, 3. knowing between conflict and stronger compensation affect to employee loyalty in PR. Jaya Makmur Kepanjen. The population used is all employees amounting to 35 people. The sampling technique used is the total sampling that is the whole of the population used as a sample. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations and questionnaires. Analyzer used in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that work conflicts included in the high category, compensation included in the category high enough and employee loyalty included in the high category. Work conflicts and compensation either simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on employee loyalty in PR. Jaya Makmur Kepanjen. Results of multiple linear regression analysis showed if compensation is a variable that has a stronger influence on employee loyalty in PR. Jaya Makmur Kepanjen.
