Abstract
This study aims to describe employee performance, job satisfaction, and working motivation, and to analyse the significant impact of working motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderator variable. The sample consisted of 30 employees of technical equipment and service unit. The data collection techniques used were questionnaire, interview, and documentation. Further, the Likert Scale was used to figure out the level of employee performance, job satisfaction, and working motivation. This study also used Simple Linear Regression analysis to determine the impact of working motivation on employee performance. Moreover, Moderated Regression analysis was carried out to point out the significant impact of working motivation on employee performance moderated by job satisfaction. The findings indicated that working motivation is categorised high while job satisfaction and employee performance were categorised moderate. Furthermore, based on the analysis results, working motivation significantly influenced employee performance through job satisfaction as a moderation variable.
