In an organization, thinks is creative is something necessary for growth and development of the organization. The idea emerges if someone to have ability to think is creative and innovative to situation or renewal problem that need to change and caused by new idea constantly is needed to digs potency, new ideas is progress wheel determining success and determinant for development of the organization. While stress is working, is feeling to depress in consequence of menacing area demand. Stress job is one of enabling factor gives impact to degradation of ability thinks creative. This research done at station employee ATV because employee working in this area required ability to create and finds creative ideas to interesting of beholder that more interests to displaying presented by ATV. Besides employee is working for station ATV is public servant candidate so that number of employees limited by the Government of Town "Batu" that as according to budget, so that there are still employee who is having two having two different expertise’s. In this research applied research planning of non-experiment. Research is done in station ATV Batu, population in this research is station employee ATV Batu while data gotten out of 42 employees. This research done applies program SPSS 1200 by using analysis technique product moment. Instrument of Data collecting applies scale. Instrument consisted of two scale types, namely scale stress job and scale thinks creative. Scale stress job covers duty demand, physical demand, demand the role and demand interpersonal. Result of this research indicates that there is negative influence and significant between stress job to thinking creative of employee ATV BATU, where value (r = 0,737, Sig = 0,001 < 0050). Stress job has effective influence thought creative of employee ATV counted 54,3%, while the rest 46,7% explained by other factor of which is not checked in this research.
