Abstract

Keywords: Service Marketing Mix This study is a descriptive survey method. The research title is "Analysis of Consumer Attitudes on Services Marketing Mix Performance Card CDMA Cellular Phone Technology Based In Kota Malang (Studies in Telkom subscribers, Mobile-8 and Indosat in Malang). " The purpose of this study is to determine consumer attitudes toward the performance of services marketing mix Flexi Trendy card users, to determine consumer attitudes toward the performance of services marketing mix Fren Pre-paid card users and to determine consumer attitudes toward the performance of services marketing mix StarOne Pre-paid card users. The analytical tool used in this research is analysis Multidimensional scaling (MDS). Analysis of MDS will be used to map the performance of consumer attitudes toward marketing mix CDMA-based mobile card service prepaid. The result of MDS analysis of consumer attitudes toward the performance of services marketing mix Flexi Trendy card users can be mapped from the attitude of consumers is about product, Fren can be mapped from the attitude of consumers about prices and StarOne can be mapped from consumer attitudes about products.
