The subject of this research were : breeder, marketing institution and the last costumers at reseacrh teritory on January 11th till 24th 2008 at Kabupaten Blitar,while the object of this research were the breeder and marketing institution of egg purebred chicken in type of type trade per kilogram The objective of this research were to know type of market, marketing stripe, value and marketing margin at 6 sub district, they were : Ponggok, Srengat, Kanigoro, Talun, Garum, and Kademangan. while the function of this research was to give information about marketing of egg purebred chicken at research teritory. The result of this research at research teritory ( Kab. Blitar), show that : there were 2 marketing channels of egg purebred chicken, while the type of market at teritory research were type of direct market with trade value : Breeder Rp. 8.936,82/kg, middleman Rp. 9.254,71/kg, retailer Rp. 10.118,18/kg, while the result of margin calculation marketing of channel I : Rp. 1.202,746/kg and on channel II : Rp. 1.139,131/kg. The more longest marketing stripe so marketing margin was more biggest too, it was Rp. 1.202,746/kg on contrary the more shortest marketing stripe so the member of marketing margin will more fewest it was Rp. 1.139,131/kg. Because marketing institution was operated each function of marketing. Advised to the middleman to looked for new marketing stripe to solved the surplus member of egg purebred chicken stock when they got in top production until they didn’t got the greetest financial loss.
