Abstract

Coffee is a brewed drink that has been roasted and mashed into powder, coffee also has benefits and good properties for the body. In general, in drying coffee beans are still using the traditional way, which where coffee first dried with the help of solar heat. In traditional drying there are some disadvantages that the drying process is still dependent on the weather. Then a breakthrough drying machine based on the weight of coffee beans. To reduce the weight of the coffee beans diberuhan dimmer and heating elements. From the making of coffee bean dryer machine can know the level of coffee coffee dryness, after dried the weight of coffee beans that originally 500 grams will decrease 250 grams, half of the initial weight of coffee beans before drying. Range between 50 ° - 60 ° for the required temperature. The method used in this research is ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System).
