Abstract

In factualy STIFIn test is a flagship program owned by Islamic Home Elementary School of Malang and there has been no research related to STIFIn this test, interesting STIFIn test can know the machine of student intelligence and student learning. This research aim is to examine: (1) To use STIFIn test as student’s learning style optimization, (2) STIFIn test utility support factor as optimization student’s learning style and (3) The inhibitors of STIFIn test as optimization of student’s learning style. This research use qualitative and descriptive research. As a source of data, headmaster, teacher class 1, and teacher class 2 was chosen. The research located in SD Islam Rumah Cerdas Malang at February – March 2018. Data collection use observation guidance, interview guidance, and documentation. The result of research shows: (1) STIFIn tes is able to recognize student’s intelligence machine and optimizing based on the way they learn. (2) STIFIn test utility support factor as optimization student’s learning style based on human resource and the infrastructure is available. (3) The inhibitors of STIFIn test as optimization of student’s learning style which influence deeply by the role of parent.
