Human resources have an important role in the achievement of a target in a company or organization, in achieving the target not only focus on work in-hole, but also requires the existence of extra-role to work. Such behavior is called Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Regardless of OCB behavior, employees who have high work loyalty will have good human resources so as to dedicate effort in working more leverage. Job loyalty is something that needs to be developed by the company in order to achieve certain goals in the organization. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between work loyalty with organizational citizenship behavior in employees by using the type of quantitative correlational research. Subjects in this study involved 125 employees of Bank Mandiri branch Gresik, East Java by using aksidental sampling technique. Data collection using work loyalty scale and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the form of Likert. Data analysis using product moment correlation. The result of this research has positive and significant correlation between work loyalty with OCB on employee (r = 610; p = 0,000) with effective contribution of work loyalty to OCB on employee equal to 37,2%.
