Abstract

Along globalization stream and modern environment, also effect of informal technology such as television, porn VCD, and internet, which is freely accessed, it causes youth creative thinking distracted. Relationship pattern and unhealthy love relations, also less tight supervising from parents, can make someone do dangerous activities such as free sex. It’s also happens in Sumberrejo village, Candipuro Sub-district, Lumajang Regency. Research is qualitative by using primary data collection method through observation, interview, and documentation. While secondary data is collected from books, journal, internet, and all literatures which can be used as source, especially related with research theme. The research uses Max Weber action rationality concept, where Weber said that rationality is an effective action to reach targets, which mean people act in purpose. Field research shows that free sex among village adolescents happened caused by both parents of adolescent has divorced and they are left by their parents who worked abroad. Adolescents here feel lack of affection by their parents. It becomes trigger or factor influenced adolescents to do free sex. Based on research, some actors researched has experienced sex, started from kissing to intercourse with their partners or other people to fulfill the actors demand.
