Abstract

Wind turbine is a new breakthrough in increasing the availability of electricity that previously derived from conventional sources, but sometimes the wind turbine can experience interference on certain parts. Due to necessary controls that can overcome the inconvenience caused and also maintain the stability of the system. Active Fault Tolerance Control were able to overcome the disorder by utilizing feedback from the system then restart the reconfiguration with added gain to correct the parts that are in error. Gain feedback obtained using Sliding Mode Observer (SMO) using a linear Matrix Inequality (LMI) to get gain and system stability is guaranteed using the lyapunov equation. Of the response is obtained when the algorithm without fault tolerant Landscaping plant conditions increase control and are not on set point due to disruptions. Whereas when using the fault tolerant landscaping control when given an error, the response will be returned within 3 seconds to set the points.
