Abstract

Robot line follower is a robot that can follow the track of the line, where the robot line follower is currently in great demand of many people. Robot line follower can be a learning field in robotics. The designed robot is an arduino-based line follower with PID controller. The robot program uses language C. Robot line follower is controlled using a button connected with the arduino as the initial command to run on the track as well as the command will be displayed on the LCD. Robot track shaped like Java island with 10 cities. On the track there is a program that contains the routes that must be taken and can be displayed in LED dotmatrix, in addition there are also LED at each the city that will light up the selected route. Robots are required to follow the track specified on the track by giving commands using the buttons on the robot.
