Abstract

One of the important figure in the process of coloring community life is learner. Learners are prospective doers of life in the future, so they should be prepared as well as possible. Learners, in completing their education is no longer being educated unemployed, but they become really powered power to a better life. Learners can be a determiner of economic condition in society. The produced poducts in entrepreneurship activity can fill the community needs in the form of goods, as it is produced. Entrepreneurship is essentially an attitude, soul, and ability to create something new and useful for other people. Aims of this research are : (1) knowing the implementation of entrepreneurship education to grow entrepreneurial character of learners in SDN Kauman 1 Malang, (2) knowing the obstacle of entrepreneurship education, (3) knowing the effort to overcome obstacles, and (4) knowing the result of entrepreneurship education to grow entrepreneurial character of learners in SDN Kauman 1 Malang. This research is qualitative and the type of this research is descriptive qualitative. The sources data of this research are teacher as a person in charge of the program, classroom teacher, and learners. This research was conducted on February 2018. The collecting data procedure of this research is involving several stages, such as: research planning, collection of basic data, and collection of cover data. The research finding shows (1) through entrepreneurship activities entrepreneurial character can be grown. In the implementation of entrepreneurship education, there are several character values, such as: Religious, Nationalist, Independent, Integrity and Mutual Cooperation. (2) obstacle experienced during the implementation of entrepreneurship education is related to nature that is unfavorable weather. Beside that, another obstacle experienced during implementation is products made by learner sometimes are not sold, (3) solution to overcome the obstacle is all of the teacher (especially the classroom teacher) are involving to promote the product which is not sold, so all of the product can be sold out. (4) the result obtained is not only early entrepreneurship education, but also new knowledge which is useful for learners. Beside that, the result of the implementation of entrepreneurship education hopefully can make learners character be better and learners are able to implement the entrepreneurship values in everyday life.
