Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of leadership style and organizational culture in improving organizational commitment in SMAN 3 Malang. This research is a case study that uses a qualitative approach with interviews and observation as a tool to collect data and snowball sampling as the method of determining informants. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style that plays a role in increasing teacher commitment in SMAN 3 Malang is transformational leadership style. Organizational Culture plays a strong role in increasing teacher commitment in SMAN 3 Malang. Transformational leadership style and organizational culture play a strong role in increasing the affective commitment of teachers in SMAN 3 Malang.
