In society, the family is one of the most important place foe basic education because the family is the miniature picture; all at once as reflection from the society. If the family is good it will be definited the society will be good, otherwise, if the family is good, it will be definited the society will be good. Otherwise, if the family is not good, it will bw definited yhe society will be worse. Historically, our prophet Muhammad –peace be on him spread Islam for the first time of da’wah, he brought da’wah to his family, Khadijah, his wife was the first person who converted to Islam. Afterwards, Ali bin Abu Thalib, the son of his uncle, his nephew; converted to Islam. Then, Zaid his servant follow him to be a Moslem. Therefore, Muhammad – peace be on him brought da’wah to his close friend Abu Bakar. Soon, Islam spread out to all people, there is people have been Muslim, in the otherhand still being outsider. As Hizbut Tahrir (Liberation party) is the international movement, international political party was established in 1952 by syaikh Taqyuddin An Nabhani. Their platform is to intend and return the glory of Islam from their fall. Hizbut Tahrir aims to invite Muslims live together under command the law of God Syari’ah ; which lead by Islamic Goverment, mutual understanding in Moslem society with the dream to return the leadership of Islam. Certanly, these things, there must have relevance how to develop a family or the family as the core of society. If every family can undertake their function approriately with Islamic rule (syari’ah), it would be definited develop Islamic society immediately will be achieved. According to the previous paragraph; their aims of this exercise study research are ; a) to know about the function and the role of Hizbut Tahrir in Malang for the regeneration process in family level to develop islamic family, b) to know the barrien factors developing and regeneration for Hizbut Tahrir famailies; c ) to know the relevance between the function and rhe rule of every family members it relevance to establish the leadership of Islam. Undertaking analysis study about the problems above and to reach the aims of this exercise study research; it used structural semi interview methode and analyze the documents which relevant with the topic researched, afterwards is presented qualitative and aparted systematically then analyzed descriptive. Establisment the leadeship of Islam, according to liberation party (Hizbut Tahrir) activist there is relevance with develping the function of family. The role of husband as a father and leader, the role of wife as a mother; the role of child and another family member. Because the family is the small part from the stuctural of society. When the family can apply the values of Islam to their way of life and commit to emphasize good behave not only in the family also commit to emphasize good behave to the society, it will be definite the development of Islamic society immediately will be reached. In spite of the theory embraced in the book “ An Nidzam Al Ijtima’i” then become the guidance book for liberation party (Hizbut Tahrir) activist for social intercouse between male and female include the concept of marriage, it does not describe detailed how the relevance between developing family with the establishment of Islamic leadership; however the reality; the manifestation from the theory of marriage, and the family in the silamic concept, which also used by Hizbut Tahrir avtivist , there is relevance between the development of family function with the establishment of Islamic Leadership (Khilafah Islamiyah).
