Abstract

Social Insurance Administration Organization (BPJS) for Old age/pension security program is a program of BPJS that aims for employees to get social security at the end of their service of work period with the principle of social insurance. Pension plan is a cash allowance that is paid also if the participant retires, dies, or prevents total permanent disability. This thesis aimed to find out how does the implementation of BPJS for pension security program in PTPN X PG.Lestari Patianrowo Subdistrict NganjukRegency. The study conducted in legal writing is a sociological juridical study which focus on the legal behaviors. This study needs primary data as main object besides secondary data. The method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study are : (1) the implementation of BPJS for old age/pension security program in PTPN X PG.Lestari at Patianrowo is not running well, it is because the decline condition of the company that cause decline in the company profits from year to year so that the company takes some policies which cause delay in the pension premium payment (2) the lack of socialization on the workers also causing the workers to not understand and know about the policy taken by the company to overcome that damage that affect on the fullfilment of their old age security. The expectation of the employees related to the impelementation for old age security program in BPJS in PTPN X PG.Lestari are: the employees expect that they get something that already become their rights and they also expect socialization at a later time in order that there is no party feels disadvantage from the programs.
