Abstract

IPA learning is a learning derived from a set of experiments and direct observations.Of the learning student can perform a series of scientific processes such as observing, understanding and getting ideas from these observations. The charaacteristics of learning IPA consistis of scientific, methodical, systematic and universal processes of these characteristics students can know these learning concretely and thoroughly.It is inaccordance with age character SD children who are developing based on the behavior, mental and also their thougts, so it in accordance with IPA learning activities that use the surrounding environment for learning activities. Reseach activities conducted by researchers using the ADDIE development model, this model has five stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluations. The first stage is the analysis aims to determine the needs and constraints in the activity, learning, both designing of the results of analysis in accordance with the needs and characteristics of students based on kompetensi, the third development is to determine the component based on the previous design result consist of SK, KD and indicators, the fourth is the application implemented that have been developed against media experts and research objects, and the fifth is the evaluation is an activity to findout the result of the trial process and improve the product in accordance with the advice of media experts. The result of this media development gain presentase result to reach more than 95% of the validator team, so the media is very feasible to apply to students SD. In addition to the results of the team validator product interactive response to student of class V SD it is in accordance with the questionmine response of student who love if IPA learning using the media. In these activities student also play an active role in following the learning activities, from these activities students perform sn interactive quiz available in the media so as to encourage student learning motivation.
