Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze internal and external environmental factors that include strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and the threat of fertilizer brand king of palm production CV. Tani Sumber Pangan Gresik. Analyze the marketing strategy for the company in the sales of Palm Soybean Fertilizer. The method of choosing the location of the research is done purposively (purposely) based on the object to be studied in Gresik Regency CV. Tani Sumber Pangan Gresik. The selection and determination of respondents was done purposively and using accidental sampling technique. Sampling in this research by taking data on 1 business actor in the fertilizer company Mr. Saiful Anam as the owner of the company and the manager of the company and also take 3 informants (consumer fertilizer) in addition to external factors The results show that based on internal and external analysis of the company can be obtained that clearly how the opportunities and external threats facing the company can be adjusted with internal strengths and weaknesses owned by the company. Matrices can generate four sets of possible alternative strategies. Using SWOT analysis can be obtained results that the company can take alternative ST, WT, SO, and WO strategies that become the main strategy to be useful for the progress of CV. Tani Sumber Pangan Gresik is SO and ST strategies.
