Abstract

Research on "Rearranging the Terms of Justice Collaborator in Narcotics Crime" is interesting to study because it has legal vacancies related to norms and its implementation which are formulated in the problem, namely: what are the legal problems in determining the Justice Collaborator status of narcotics crime and, how is the legal formulation ideal in establishing Justice Collabator status in narcotics crime. This type of research is a normative juridical legal research that is examined using two approaches to the law and the case approach. The conclusions that can be drawn from the research results examined by the authors are as follows: First, there needs to be a similarity of terms set out in the law regarding the Justice Collaborator so that in the implementation of the establishment of justice collaborator does not lead to multiple interpretations among law enforcers. Secondly, the design of rearranging Justice Collaborator requirements in narcotics crime is the extension of the initial conditions for submission, namely what is stipulated in Article 1 Paragraph (2) of the Witness and Victim Protection Act which confirms that "The Acting Witness is a suspect, defendant, or convicted person who works together with law enforcement to disclose a criminal act in the same case "can be used as a second condition, after the" Not the Main Actor "condition. Then a joint regulation was established between specialized institutions to update the previous regulations in dealing with the types of organized crime, especially narcotics.
