Abstract

This research represent case study at PT. Arthawenasakti Gemilang Malang With title ‘ System Evaluation of Internal Control For System of Pay And Remunerating at PT. Arhawenasakti Gemilang Malang. Intention of this research to analyse applying of system of internal control for system of pay and remunerating at PT.Arthawenasakti gemilang Malang and evaluate the possibility of existence of feebleness to execution of internal control system, and also give suggestion to assist for existing problems. In this research, writer use type of descriptive research, that is research giving picture about events related to system of internal control for system of pay and remunerating. Analysis used to know whether/what system of internal control for system of pay and remunerating have competent or not yet, that is organization chart dissociating functional responsibility expressly, flowchart of system and procedure of remuneration and remunerating, healthy practice in executing duty and function each;every organizational unit, employees which the quality as according to responsibility. Result of research indicate that system of internal control for system of pay and remunerating in organization chart have competent, system and procedure of remuneration and remunerating have been executed pursuant to existing decision, healthy practice have been executed, but there still insuffiency, and also have implementation of employees which the quality as according to responbility. Pursuant to conclusion, hence the writer suggest to improve internal control to operational activity, in order to do not digress from regulation which have been specified by a campany, more improve practice, and also improve employees guality.
