Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) To know the influence of service quality’s Factor on the satisfaction of traditional market traders in “Lemah Duwur” Traditional Market. (2) To know the advantages and disanvantages of “Lemah Duwur” Traditioanl Market based on Traditioanl Market Trader’s experience. This research was conducted purposely in “Lemah Duwur” Traditioanl Market, Wagir, Malang. Sampling Method in this research used sensus method. The number of samples used by researcher is a total of traditional market traders of “Lemah Duwur” Traditional Market wich amounted to 38 people. Data collection used were questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis methods used of Probit Model for quantitative data, while the qualitative data using describtive data analysis obtained through the description of respondents related to the service system provided by the market manager to the trader.The result cocluded the based on the calculation of goodness of fit model shows that the value if probability is bigger than value of level of significance > 0,05, so it is feasible to be used to predict the effect of reliability, responsiveness, tangible, assurance, and empathy to the satisfaction of the traders. The satisfaction test result simultaneously are Chi-Square = 14,152 with Probability 0,015, which shows value of probability is bigger than value of level of significance > 0,05 which means reliability, responsiveness, tangible, assurance, and emphaty simultaneously give significant to satistifaction of traditional market traders. The advantage of “Lemah Duwur” Traditional market are has a strategic location, good, and sturdy building construction, the markket is not a muddy, the trash transported daily si there is no mountain trash impressed clean. The disvantages of “lemah Duwur” Traditional Market are lack of parking areas, lack of loading area of goods, lack of fire extinguishers, frequent power outage, and toilet impressed disrty. The service of market management officers do not meet the satisfaction of traditional market traders because market officerss are not always stay in the market until the end of market’s activity.
