Abstract

This study has been conducted in Munder Yosowilangun Sub-District Head Lumajang Regency on title ” Influence Factors in deciding to Buy Pepsodent Toothpaste ” The goal of this study using is to know some factors that influence consumers on deciding to buy Pepsodent toothpaste and dominant factors of that decision. Analysis tool in this study using factor analysis, using statistics tets that is Validity and Reliability Tets to know correlation coefficients between each item with their total score, then comparated whit table r person value. Even with statistics analysis computation that is validity Test to all afctors form significant output on level 0,05 (alpha = 5% ) which correlation coefficient value more than 0.195. From these output is know that on product moment correlation, these output is valid. From anlysis output of Validity and reliability tets is known that between the factors, the goal of this study is know some factors that influence consumers on deciding to buy pepsodent toothpaste and dominant factors of that decision. Some factors that influence consumers on deciding to buy pepsodent toothpaste are distribution and consumer loyalty factor, usage, reference group ang family, product, trust, and price factors. While the dominant factors of that decision are distribution and consumer loyalty factors. In this case, refer to eigen value output from all detailed examination. Based on above conclusion, the writer can interpret that distribution and consumer loyalty factors are the dominant factors which influence consumer decision to but Pepsodent toothpaste without neglecting other factors. Because all factors have an effect to consumer decision to but Pepsodent toothpaste.
