This research is a type of survey research with the title "The Effect of Financial and Non Financial Compensation On The Job Satisfaction Production Department employees at PT. Pakarti Riken Indonesia " The purpose of this study is the first to know the financial compensation and the Non Financial in Production Department employees of PT. Pakarti Riken Indonesia, both to determine the level of employee satisfaction on PT Production Department employees. Pakarti Riken Indonesia, the third to know the effect of financial and non financial compensation to the employees satisfaction on PT production department. Pakarti Riken Indonesia and fourth, to find out more compensation variables influence job satisfaction of employees on the production of PT. Pakarti Riken Indonesia. The analytical tool used in this study is that of Multiple Linear Regression to determine the significant influence of financial compensation and non-financial compensation to employee satisfaction through the F test and t test, whereas to determine which variable has a stronger effect then used partial correlation value. Meanwhile, to test the questionnaire, used test validity and reliability. The results showed that administration of financial and non financial compensation in PT. Riken Pakarti Indonesia. dinilai was appropriate. This is evidenced by obtaining an average score of the total financial compensation variable (X1) of 162, which is in the scale range 150-194 or can be said to value non-financial compensation is the average score sesuai.dan financial compensation variable (X2) at 166 , 5 who are at a scale range 150-194 or it could be said of financial and non financial compensation is appropriate. Kepuasann workers at PT. Pakarti Riken Indonesia in the high category indicated by the average total job satisfaction variable for 154 which is at a high rating scale. Results from multiple linear regression with financial compensation and variable compensation for non-financial variables as independent variables (X1 and X2) and variable job satisfaction as dependent variable (Y) in order to obtain Y = -0.827 + 0.545 X1 + 0.472 X2 + e with a value of R2 0.520. F test results obtained from the calculated F value of 20, 666> 3.15 Ftable value so that Ho refused and Ha is received, which means financial compensation variable and non-financial compensation has a significant impact on job satisfaction. From the results obtained by t test analysis of the calculated t value of 3.869 X1> ttable amounted to 2,000. to tcount X2 of 3.388> ttable of 2,000. From the results of this study provide suggestions for further improving the company's compensation administrative process, especially in financial compensation. For non-financial compensation, the company can to further enhance and maintain the facilities granted to employees as a place of worship, uniforms and promotion.
