Work-family conflict appears to employee who have families, while the employee who more dominant on one domain (work or family) and have difficulty implementing there roles. Work-family conflict has a negative impact on individuals and institutions/organizations where the individual works. Self-control is the ability to override or change a person's inner response, as well as prevent unwanted behavior tendency and refrain from doing such behaviour. Self-Control becomes important to suppress behavior that will be generated and able to control the conflict. The purpose of the study was to find out how the relationship between self-control and work-family conflict. The subject of the study amounted to 100 employees of PT United Tractors site Tenggarong taken with the total sampling techniques. Measuring instrument used in this study there are two Work-Family Conflict Scale and Self-Control Scale. Data analysis using correlation Product Moment with the SPSS program 16. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between work-family conflict and self-control. Self-Control memberkan contribution on work-family conflict of 19% (r =-0.438; p = 0.000; r2 = 0.191).
