Abstract
This research represent the research having the character of descriptive with the title “Analyse The Balanced Scorecard To Measure The Performance At Hospital Special Operation & External Born IPHI Batu City. Target of research is to measure and analyse the performance at Hospital Special Operation & External Born IPHI Batu City by using analyse of Balanced Scorecard. This Research use the tecnique of documentation and survey to collect the needed data. Analyse technique used is first, by using measuring instrument analyse the Balanced Scorecardwith four in perpective, that is in perpective finance, in perpective customer, in perpective process internal business, perpective study and grow. Data analyse by using keesioner as employees assessment, and third that is comparing quantitative data with the result of employees assessment. Result of this research yield the Hospital Special Operation & External Born IPHI Batu City as a whole goodnees. This matter is shown at each in perpective. In perpective finance measured by Growth Rate show from year experience of the improvement.In perpective cutomer indicator of Customer Acquisiton take care of the road,street and take careof to lodge from year experience of the increase while indicator of Customer Retention experience of the degration.In perpectife process the internal business indicator BOR, TOI, BTO And ALOS as awhole assessed very either due have fulfilled the standart of hospital assessment. In perpective study and growth (indicator of Employee Rentention experience of degradation per annum nya) indicator of Employee Training experience of the improvemnt and indicator Abssenteisme experience of the degradation. Pursuant to conclusion above, writer recommend to Hospital Special Operation & External Born IPHI Batu City to use the method of Balanced Scorecard to measure its performance.
