Abstract

Employees voluntarily engage in work outside of their designated duties, which should contribute positively to the organization. This behavior is known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Civil servants with high self-actualization will strive to develop their potential optimally. To ensure that their potential can develop optimally, employees will perform their tasks to the best of their abilities and assist colleagues in need, which can trigger OCB. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between self-actualization and OCB. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. Data analysis method involves Spearman correlation analysis with the assistance of SPSS version
26.0. The subjects of this study are Civil Servants (PNS) selected using Accidental Sampling technique, totaling 100 individuals. The instruments used in this study are the Self- Actualization Scale (SAS) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale. The analysis results show that self-actualization is positively correlated with OCB in Civil Servants (PNS).
