Handling poverty is not only about capitalist and technical skill, it is about how to motivated and inspired peoples to handling their life with prestige way and keeping their self-esteem. In Psychology, its potency of feeling interlaced on selfefficacy concept. The study of self-efficacy will help not only the success of poverty government programs, but also to increase the social well-being of peoples it selves. The purpose of this study is to find poor society self-efficacy level who received PNPM-MP in Peleyan village, Panarukan, Situbondo. This study used quantitative descriptive model with 100 respondents as sample. The instrument used in data collected were Likert-Scale. The data processed was done by means of simple tools of analysis in the form of descriptive data, T-Score and Percentile analysis. Depend on the result, from 100 respondents as sample, the great number of 53% poor peoples received PNPM in Peleyan village had high level of selfefficacy, and as much as 47% had low level of self-efficacy. It is means that PNPM purpose to motivated and inspired peoples for their quality of life, wellbeing, and depend on their own, especially for Peleyan poor peoples, were not optimal yet. Self-efficacy influence to anticipation constructive image types. Peoples with high self-efficacy has successfully image and realize it into positive act and behavior. Beside, people with lower self-efficacy has tendencies to negative and image of fail ness. And if peoples were not sure about their own capability to handling threatening situation, they will have high anxiety.
