Abstract
Concrete used as construction material since it has benefit in supporting the push strain, easier to be formed, low cost maintenance, though it had some benefit, the brittle character could not hold for pull strain, the strength was only 9% - 15% rate from the push strength. To conclude the problem, there could be used steel skeletal to hold the pull strain. From the calculation of floor sheet with 120mm thickness, there could be found the largest skeletal in axis center region 10-125 mm, and field region 10-125 mm with skeletal for 8-200 mm, while for roof sheet with thickness 100 mm found the largest skeletal in axis center region 10-175 mm and field region 10-175 mm, with skeletal for 8-250 mm. Primary block structure with dimension 30/55 cm found the larges skeletal 6Ø25 and 4Ø25 with 8-60 mm crossbar, while the largest skeletal in axis center region 4Ø25 with 8-230 mm crossbar. For sub-block 15/30 cm found axis center region 6Ø12 with 8-110 mm crossbar, field skeletal found 5Ø12 with 10-110 mm crossbar. For column structure of dimension side was 50x50 cm and the largest skeletal by the calculation was 16Ø22 with 10-350 crossbar. For mid-column structure with dimension was 50x50 cm and the largest skeletal by calculation was 20Ø22 with 10-350 mm crossbar. From the building re-plan according to SNI, the building structure was save.
