Abstract
The ability to count within the scope of the summation between autistic students with other autistic students has a difference, this is influenced by several factors, one of which is the reasoning factor owned by autistic students. In addition to that there are other factors that affect autism students that IQ is owned by autistic students. Autistic students are more interested in their own world and a sound that distracts autistic students. Autistic students do have a sense of belonging to the students' autism. Autistic students' reasoning differs from that of other normal students, thus causing the autistic student's misunderstanding of something subjects taught by the teacher, especially in the matter of sum counting. This study aims to determine (1) the ability to count autistic students SDN Punten 1 Kota Batu, (2) obstacle ability to count student autism SDN Punten 1 Kota Batu, and (3) solution numerical ability student autism SDN Punten 1 Kota Batu. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using observation data collection technique, interview, documentation, and triangulation. In this study using the subject of 3 children with autism found in inclusion class SDN Punten 1 Kota Batu. In the preparation of the results using 3 stages, namely the pre-observation stage, the observation stage, the interview stage, and the documentation stage. The results of the study show (1) Autistic students have different numerical skills between one student and the other, and on average only have the ability to count between 1 to 10, (2) the constraints faced by autistic students can be caused by autistic students (3) Solutions in overcoming obstacles faced by autistic students can be the use of fruit-shaped symbols to attract students' attention and concentration of students, as well as the addition of supporting infrastructure facilities for autistic students.
