As agro-country, Indonesia has realized that most of their life support came from farm. From the existing farmland could result many food plant, holticulture and dried season plant which one of them is soybean (Glysine max L. Merril), soybean was a high protein source and low price, so that many people consume it directly or indirectly. Soybean cake is food made from fermented soybean using rhizopus (soybean fermentation agent). Soybean cake production in Indonesia was held by medium-small industry. By the rising of soybean price, the soybean small industry, especially at Beji, Junrejo, Batu, got bankrupt. The research aimed to find out the cost structure, income, and efficiency of soybean small industry before and after the increasing price and also find out the inhibition and solution for soybean cake small industry entrepreneur after the rising of soybean raw material increasing. The research usage as information for the soybean small industry before and after the increasing of soybean raw material and also finding out the inhibition and solution for soybean cake small industry entrepreneurs after the rising of soybean price. The location was done in purposive way in soybean small industry center at Beji village Junrejo sub-district Batu. In data collection, there used two ways : primary and secondary data. Data analysis method were cost analysis, income analysis, efficiency analysis t test analysis and descriptive analysis. The research showed that soybean production at Soybean small Industry center at Beji Village Junrejo Sub-district Batu city : Profit of the soybean cake maker was Rp 2.427.240 per month with average cost Rp 9.695.758,5 per month and average income Rp 12.123.000 per month R/C ratio calculation showed that the analysis before and after the increasing soybean price, there found the value of R/C ratio > 1, that was 1.28. T-test (difference) between before and after increasing of the soybean raw material which has significant difference was in raw material, burn-wood, total cost, selling price, income, revenue, and efficiency, while work-force have no significant difference.
