This research show that have or haven’t influence and how much influence of communication Organization with understanding employee about corporate culture. Because with understanding corporate culture employee will understand what should they do until they can gave contribution for corporate, beside that the corporate will give the reward for employee with the good improve. Within make relation with other people, we need communication. In works for example, communication is the part of profesionalism, Goldaber said that process, create, and feedback the messages in one network of one another to solve the environment that always changes. Communication organization is used to direct the employee within understanding about corporate culture, communication organization have 3 network there are: 1)horizontal communication, 2)vertical communication have 2 kind there are: upper communication and down communication (Muhammad, 2005:108116), and 3)diagonal communication (Wursanto, 2003:163). Corporate culture is believe and together value that give something important for everyone in corporate or institution, believe and that value is the rule to have behaviour in organization (Sobirin, 2007:131). From this communication organization the employee will give the feedback and give understanding about simbols of corporate culture, if the employee always do the communication, their understanding about corporate culture will be grade. This research done in PT. Telkom Malang, that started in January 7 until 19 january 2008. in this research used kuantitave method and survey explanation for explain the variabels with hipotesa test (Singarimbun, 1987:4). The population in this research in 4 unit and 77 people that used to sample. Total sampling is the tekhnic for this research, for data anlysis is use linear regretion, and used quetioner, documentation, and interview to colect the data. The result of this research is finding 3,7 percent of variabel communication organization that meaning frequency and intensity of communication organization are high, And 4,5 percent of variabel understanding corporate culture that meaning employee have high understanding. Fromlinear regretion giving result the influence of communication organization with understanding of employee about corporate culture have F count > from F tabel 43,238>3,968 that meaning influence of communication organization with understanding of employee about corporate culture are significant. From coefecient determination that communication organization have value 36% that meaning communication are giving contribution for understanding about corporate culture, while corelation between influence of communication Organization with understanding employee about corporate culture have value 0,605 thus have said that communication organization are giving strong influence.
