Abstract
This Research represents research of survey with title “Influence of Compensation of Financial and Non Financial to Job Satisfaction in KPRI Guru-Guru Raung Situbondo Situbondo". Target of this research is to know giving of compensation covering financial and non financial and also satisfaction of works all employees. To know influence of giving compensation of financial and non financial to job satisfaction in KPRI Guru-Guru Raung Situbondo and which compensation variable is which give biggest influence to satisfaction of employees works. Population in this research is laboring employees one year more amounting to 51 employees. Used analysis is spanning and scale of regression doubled linear. Hypothesis test the used is to use test of F and test of t. Result of analysis show totally of score mean for the variable of compensation of financial ( X1) equal to 201 and compensation non financial is equal to 209,5 which included in good category. Totalize score mean job satisfaction ( Y) equal to 207 which included in high category, compensation of financial and non financial have influence which is significance job satisfaction in KPRI Guru-Guru Raung Situbondo. This Matter is proved by result of calculation of obtained by doubled regression of equation of Y = 1,721 + 0,397 X1 + 0,334 X2 + e, result of calculation of R² equal to 0,720 which have come near 1, and also supported with result of test of F that has value of F-count is 61,739 bigger than F-Table equal to 4,050. Pursuant to coefficient of regression compensation variable of financial and non financial can know that compensation of financial give influence of larger ones compared to compensation of non financial
