Abstract
This research is in high school, vocational and MA Muhammadiyah in Malang town titled "Expectation Gap School Accountability between internal stakeholders with external stakeholders. The purpose of the research is to determine whether or not there expectation gap between internal stakeholders with external stakeholders. Type of research is the survey that is the census. Research instruments in this study uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. In hypothesis testing the researcher using the Independent samples t-test. From the test results obtained for the indicator has a 3-sig p> 0.05 means there is no difference of variance between internal stakeholders with external stakeholders, it is because the level of knowledge that is almost the same between both of the school as internal stakeholders and the school committee as external stakeholders against budget, and reports usage and performance reports manjemen. Mean difference significance test these two groups using independent sample t-test and obtained a third probability level indicators for the budget of 0334, reports the use of 0425 funds, and the 0170 management performance report, because the value of the probability of the three indicators are> 0.05 then in this study ha not be proved, so there are no gaps hope (expectation gaps) between internal stakeholders with external stakeholders.
