Abstract
Children have rights that are fundamental, which is owned as an adult, human rights (human rights). Regarding the rights of children permenuhan not think of many parties that contribute and make concrete steps and this was the background for the orphanage. This research takes the formulation of the problem: Implementation 1.Bagaimana fulfillment of Rights Earned Survival and protection of child rights in orphanages Institution KH Mas Mansyur?2. Any constraints experienced by K H. Orphanage Mas Mansyur in the implementation of Fulfilling the needs of Rights Earned Life and protection of child rights in orphanages Institution KH Mas Mansyur? 3. How efforts to overcome obstacles that occur in the implementation of Fulfilling the needs of Right Living and Right at the Institute of Child protection Obtained Orphanage KH Mas Mansyur? This study uses sociological juridical, data gathering techniques wwancara with respondents in an orphanage and also to the enforcement authorities (government) and the samples originated from the population of foster children who live, direct observation to the orphanage KH Mas Masnyur and Social Service of Malang City as a place of extraction of primary data from research results are then analyzed by descriptive taking these factors with regard to the fulfillment of child rights. From the samples of three foster children living in orphanages obtained data regarding the fulfillment of the rights of children in the orphanage, namely: 1. The right to survival (survival rights) 2. The right to protection (rights protection). All this is a form of organization of State or Government of the attention and seriousness about fulfilling children's rights as set forth in the child rights convention which we follow state law to be part of the treaty conventions.
